    Get the basics you need for successful breastfeeding. This class includes techniques and tips to get you off to a good start and ideas to help fit breastfeeding into your lifestyle.

    Saint Luke's Cushing Hospital - 2 North Classroom

    Basics of child birth are reviewed, to prepare you for what to expect during labor, delivery, and postpartum.  The class is offered in 4 sessions.  Please wear comfortable clothing for floor exercises.

  • 11/28/2017 - 6:30pm
    Saint Luke's East Hospital

    This class will teach you the basic life support skills for your infant (newborn to one year old) with hands-on manikin practice. Choking management will be included. This is an American Heart Association Family and Friends CPR course (no certification card). $15 per person. Check at front desk for class room location.
