Gift Shop

The Saint Luke’s Hospital Gift Shop is located on the first floor of the main hospital. It provides for many patient needs, including greeting cards, fresh flowers, magazines, gift items, and personal items. Call the Gift Shop at 816-932-2050.

  • Saturday: 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
  • Sunday: 1:30 – 5:30 p.m.

Parking and Maps

Hospital Parking

Saint Luke’s Hospital provides free parking for hospital patients and visitors near entrances 1, 2, and 4 (see campus map). Complimentary valet parking is also available at entrance 4. The hospital features electric car charging stations on the third floor of the patients parking garage, near entrance 1.

Medical Plaza Parking

Medical Plaza offices, near entrance 3 (see campus map), have a separate parking garage. Medical Plaza street addresses:

  • Medical Plaza 1: 4320 Wornall Road
  • Medical Plaza 2: 4330 Wornall Road
  • Medical Plaza 3: 4321 Washington St.

Complimentary valet parking is available.

Patient Advocate

For help with a concern while you are in the hospital, including after hours or on weekends and holidays, please contact the charge nurse or nurse manager on your unit.

Patient and Family Advisory Council

The council is a diverse group of patients and family members who meet regularly with hospital staff to discuss ways to enhance the patient care experience and promote quality, effective health safe in a safe environment.

All patients are given a Patient Information & Visitor Guide upon check-in. The guide provides a full listing of patient rights & responsibilities; information about patient representatives and/or support persons; and useful information to assist during your stay.

Sending mail/flowers

Your mail and flowers will be delivered to you by our volunteers. Mail received after your discharge will be forwarded to your home address. The delivery florist will be responsible for redelivery after discharge. Correspondence should be addressed as follows:

Visiting guidelines

To encourage family and friend involvement, we welcome visitors at all hours. In general, we do not have set hours posted for most of our nursing units though some units may have more specific visiting hours or visitor restrictions.
