Saint Luke’s Hospital Patient Advisory Council

Saint Luke’s Hospital Patient Advisory Council is for former patients and families to share thoughts about your experience at Saint Luke’s and identify areas to improve.

The council consists of patients and/or family members who works together in an advisory role to collaborate with Saint Luke’s and provide feedback. This feedback will help to enhance the patient care experience and promote quality, effective health care in a safe environment. The council meets four times a year.

If you are interested in becoming a member of the Patient and Family Advisory Council, please submit the application below for consideration. Applicants will have an opportunity to interview with a member of the Saint Luke’s Hospital Patient Relations team to ask questions and understand the purpose of the council and the expectations of its members. Qualified applicants will be notified to schedule a phone interview.

We understand you and your family have valuable perspectives to offer about the hospital experience. We look forward to working together to share ideas that will influence future patient and family experiences at Saint Luke’s Hospital.
