Community Benefit Implementation Plans

Saint Luke’s Health System developed Community Benefit Implementation Plans for each of our hospitals after assessing the health needs of the communities we serve using Community Health Needs Assessments (CHNA).

Community Benefit Implementation Plans serve as strategies for meeting the identified needs of our communities and include goals and objectives for implementing these benefits. The plans also meet the requirements for community benefit planning as set forth by federal law, including but not limited to, The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010.

These Community Benefit Implementation Plans reflect Saint Luke’s Health System’s longstanding commitment to partnering with our communities to ensure we continue to provide impactful care to the people we serve.

Community Benefit Implementation Plans
