Allied Health Education Programs

Clinical Lab Science Program

  • An 11-month program that trains students to become medical laboratory scientists
  • Accredited by the National Accrediting Agency for Clinical Laboratory Sciences
  • Upon completion of the program, students are eligible to become certified medical laboratory scientists

Clinical Pastoral Education Program

  • Offers 12- and 30-week internships, one-year residency, and three-year supervisory residency
  • Accepts students from all religious traditions, denominations, cultures, and nationalities
  • Provides students one-on-one supervision during training
  • Accredited by the by the Association for Clinical Pastoral Education, whose standards comply with the U.S. Department of Education criteria for outcomes-based education programs

School of Diagnostic Medical Sonography

Phlebotomy Education Program

  • A five-week course offered four times throughout the year
  • Students will become health care professionals who collect blood to help assess a patient's medical condition
  • Approved by the National Accrediting Agency for Clinical Laboratory Sciences (NAACLS)

School of Radiologic Technology

  • A two-year, hospital-based program in radiography
  • Accredited by the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT)
  • Offers extensive clinical and didactic instruction 
  • Prepares students for the American Registry of Radiologic Technology National Certification exam and boasts a 100 percent pass rate since 2004
  • Employs instructors with more than 30 years of educational experience
  • Offers small class sizes and one-on-one instruction


The Interventional Radiology Program is a 12-month certificate-based internship. After completing the clinical training and didactic coursework, you’ll be eligible to sit for the Vascular Interventional Boards.
