Risk Factor Self Assessment - Answers

Question #1 : Most risk factors in women are similar to men but the level of risk differs.

True: While the risk factors for both men and women are essentially the same, the way that they develop and evolve are different. At menopause blood pressure tends to increase and blood cholesterol levels change with a decrease in the HDL (good) cholesterol and an increase in the LDL (bad) cholesterol.
