SHAPE - Fitness Center
The SHAPE Fitness Center is open to the public at the Smithville Campus. Memberships includes a full line of cardiovascular equipment, weight machines and free weights. Offered are aerobics, yoga, pilates, Tai Chi & Goju Kai Karate, Tae Kwon Do, and Massage Therapy. Certified staff is available for free fitness testing and exercise programming.
