	What is Saint Luke's CareLink?

Saint Luke's CareLink works with the leading provider of secure, healthcare, communication services - Relay Health. Unlike email messages, Saint Luke's CareLink communications are completely secure. 	Who can use Saint Luke's CareLink?

Any patient of a Saint Luke's CareLink physician can use the service. We are adding doctors every week. See a current list of doctors.

	Cost?

All Saint Luke's CareLink services are free except the webVisit. If webVisits are a covered benefit of your plan, and your plan requires a copay for a typical office visit, that same copay amount will be charged for a webVisit. If your plan does not cover webVisits, the cost is determined by your doctor. You will be notified of the cost before you begin the webVisit.

	Is My Privacy Protected?

Saint Luke's CareLink using the RelayHealth service is completely secure and HIPAA-compliant. Encryption technology and a stringent privacy policy protect your personal information more securely than either the telephone or regular e-mail. Your information is only accessible by you, your doctor, and your doctor's authorized staff.
