- Health Record is a secure, online personalized health record that gives individuals or family members the ability to store and maintain health information in a centralized location. Families can create an emergency record for each family member that outlines each member's doctors office visits, medications, allergies and Emergency Contact information. Once the record is established - families have access to that record from anywhere with internet access.

- Saint Luke's Health System is developing a new Web site that will go live in spring 2010. As part of this upgrade, Saint Luke's Health System is upgrading its online tools and will no longer offer the WebMD personal health management tools on our Web site after January 31, 2010.
- If you have recorded information in the personal health management tools that you would like to save, we would like to offer you an opportunity to print a copy of any information you have entered into these tools. After January 31, you will no longer be able to access any information you have stored in the personal health manager.
