Personal Health Manager (PHM) is a free, secure, health management tool for you and your family. The PHM's secure, confidential tools and resources, help patients make informed health care decisions. The PHM includes nearly 100 different interactive health tools to help you manage your health and the health of you children and parents. Select one of the Health Tools to the right - to learn more. Important Information About Your Personal Health Manager Account Saint Luke's Health System is developing a new Web site that will go live in spring 2010. As part of this upgrade, Saint Luke's Health System is upgrading its online tools and will no longer offer the WebMD personal health management tools on our Web site after January 31, 2010. If you have recorded information in the personal health management tools that you would like to save, we would like to offer you an opportunity to print a copy of any information you have entered into these tools.
