 |
- Fund-raising effort nets $85 million to enhance facilities, education, research, and patient care.
- Reflecting the campus development priorities of the hospital, Saint Luke's Hospital Foundation completed a record-setting campaign. The Campaign for the New Saint Luke’s (2003-2007) raised funds for 40 different projects and programs at the hospital, including:
- New building for the Saint Luke’s Mid America Heart Institute
- Muriel I. Kauffman Women’s Heart Center
- Ellen J. Hockaday Center for Women’s Care
- Renovated facilities for the Saint Luke’s Brain and Stroke Institute
- In addition, the campaign provided support for the hospital's residency and graduate medical education programs, nursing college, research programs, and Saint Luke's Community Service Clinics, which provide primary and specialty care for uninsured and underinsured patients in our community.
