Mission Saint Luke's Palliative Care Team is an interdisciplinary team dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients and families with complex needs often associated with life-limiting illness. Palliative care addresses physical, emotional and spiritual needs while working toward the goal of maintaining optimal functioning and quality of life for patients and families in the communities we serve. Tribute Gifts You may make a gift in memory or honor of a loved one. Such tribute gifts remember a special person while reaching out to others who are suffering form a life-limiting illness. We will notify the family member or other person you designate of your thoughtful gift, however, no amount will be mentioned.
