Saint Luke's Hospital Palliative Care Program
Palliative Care is a medical specialty that improves the quality of life of patients and their families facing problems associated with life-threatening illness through the prevention and relief of suffering by means of early detection, impeccable assessment, and treatment of pain and other psychological and spiritual problems. Services are available to support patients needing assistance with physical, emotional, or spiritual issues during all stages of a chronic or life-threatening illness.
