Educational and Application Requirements |

Eligible applicants must have the following college pre-requisites along with one of the following credentials:
| College Pre-Requisites: |
- Math
- Physics
- Biology or Anatomy and Physiology
- Medical Terminology
- Introduction to Patient Care
- Communication
|
| Credentials: |
- A 4-year degree
* To include 8 additional credits in Science, Math, and Physics.
- Radiologic Technology or Registry Eligible
- RN or Registry Eligible
- Physical Therapy or Registry Eligible
- Respiratory Therapy or Registry Eligible
- Graduate of 2-year Accredited Allied Health Program

English as a second language: TOEFL & TSE and/or SPEAK Test Scores.

| Observation: |
Each applicant must complete an 8 hour observation in sonography. |
