Saint Luke's College of Nursing
Admission
Saint Luke's College is an upper-division institution of higher education, where students come to complete their junior and senior years of professional nursing education. Students enter Saint Luke's College as college juniors, having completed their first two years of general education courses at any accredited college or university of their choice. Saint Luke's College graduates receive a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree. Graduates are eligible to take the state licensure exam to become a registered nurse (RN).

Admission Requirements - Criteria considered by the Admissions Review Committee in the selection of student:
  • Eligible Applicants: US Citizens and Permanent Residents
  • Graduation from High School or the equivalent GED Score
  • A minimum of 64 semester hours of general education college coursework, required by Saint Luke's College (SLC)
    For initial review of your application by the committee you must have completed a minimum of 29 semester hours required by SLC, including a minimum of 2 required science courses.
  • Prerequisite courses with a minimum grade of "C," and a minimum grade point average of 2.7 (on a 4.0 scale).
  • Evidence of attitudes, personal characteristics, and integrity which indicate high probability of successful completion of the program.
