What is the background of the EAP counselors?
The counselors are licensed, masters or doctoral level psychologists, clinically trained social workers and/or licensed professional counselors. Several have additional certifications such as Certified Employee Assistance Professional, Certified Substance Abuse Counselor or meet the requirements of Substance Abuse Professionals for DOT related work.
