Pelvic and Bladder Health

Recent research indicates that approximately 17 million Americans experience one or more symptom of urinary incontinence—the majority of these are women. Because it is such a sensitive issue, incontinence is frequently under-diagnosed and under-reported. Fortunately incontinence is highly treatable.

The Saint Luke's Difference
  • 1 in 4 women age 30-59 have experienced an episode of urinary incontinence.
  • At least 50 percent of women with incontinence restricting their lives have not seen their doctor.
  • The majority of those seeking help for incontinence have been having problems for more than four years.
