Brain Fitness Center
Brain Fitness means maintaining or improving the ability of the brain to perform its many tasks. Brain fitness typically uses mental stimulation, physical exercise, good nutrition, stress management, and sleep to improve a person's reasoning, attention, memory, information processing, verbal agility, and stress management.

Nearly 80 million baby boomers are reaching the age when they are beginning to notice mild memory differences, and they are determined to keep their brains as fit as their bodies. Once thought to be an inevitable part of growing old, cognitive decline is neither inevitable nor permanent.
The Saint Luke's Difference
  • The Brain Fitness Center is a part of the Saint Luke's Health System and has access to its medical resources.
  • Brain Fitness Center participants will also have access to the latest research and innovation regarding brain health.
