Physical Therapy

The purpose of PT (physical therapy) is to work on improving or restoring normal motion and strength for the whole body by decreasing pain; increasing strength motion and endurance; improving balance, standing, and walking; or wheelchair mobility to maximize function in everyday activities. We have therapists skilled in restoring function from:

  • sports injuries or motor vehicle accidents

  • chronic pain or acute pain

  • joint replacements and other surgeries

  • fibromyalgia, stroke, Parkinson's disease

  • cardiopulmonary disorders

  • impaired balance, wound care, and other life-challenging conditions
