The philosophy of Saint Luke's Home Care is to act as a partner in building self-management and independence. We offer personalized medical attention for patients recovering from illness or injury in the comfort of their homes, and under their physicians' direct supervision.
Saint Luke’s Home Care & Hospice serves 29 counties in Kansas and Missouri. Our specially trained nurses, therapists, and other skilled staff have delivered high-quality care to patients in the comfort of their own homes for more than 30 years. And as part of Saint Luke’s Health System, we deliver the same high-quality, compassionate care that you’ve come to expect from the region’s health care leader.
As one of the area’s most experienced post-acute care providers, Saint Luke’s Home Care & Hospice provides home health, infusion nursing and pharmacy, and palliative and hospice services.
We are committed to partnering with our patients to help them achieve their goals, and we have one of the lowest rehospitalization rates in the region.
