Saint Luke’s Mid America Heart Institute

Saint Luke’s Mid America Heart Institute offers the most comprehensive care in Kansas City. We are the only regional facility providing the full range of cardiovascular services, from prevention to heart transplantation.

Saint Luke’s Mid America Heart Institute sets the standard for cardiovascular care in Kansas City. We have:

  • More specialized physicians. Every one of the Heart Institute’s 60 doctors – clinical cardiologists, cardiovascular surgeons, and critical care physicians – is board certified in a specialty, sub-specialty, or sub-sub-specialty. Many have also developed additional expertise through fellowship programs and other continuing education opportunities.
  • More experience. Because we perform a large number of minimally invasive procedures and cardiovascular surgeries annually, you can be confident that you’re always in knowledgeable and experienced hands.
  • More innovative treatment options for patients — options you’ll find locally only at Saint Luke’s. Because of our commitment to education and research, we publish more research studies than most cardiology departments in the country.

Whether we care for you at our state-of-the-art Saint Luke’s Mid America Heart Institute facility near the Country Club Plaza or one of Saint Luke’s hospitals across the Kansas City metropolitan area and region, our team is dedicated to providing the most comprehensive, compassionate care you’ll find anywhere.
